I didn’t build the PNW Women’s Network because I needed another project.
I built it because I couldn’t find the kind of space women like us actually needed.
A space where the conversations go deeper than small talk.
Where ambition isn’t something you hide.
Where women show up as themselves — fully, honestly, unapologetically.
In 2022, I flew to Scottsdale for a women’s development event, and something shifted. Sitting in that room, I made myself a promise:
“You’re not coming back next year as the same woman.”
Growth doesn’t happen in isolation.
Direction doesn’t come from convenience.
And transformation never comes from staying in the same rooms.
That one decision led to the first LIVE event in January 2023. What happened in that space confirmed everything I believed:
When you put women with vision in the right room, their entire trajectory changes.
And it hasn’t stopped.
LIVE became the heartbeat.
The community became the movement.
And the work became much bigger than me.
For nearly two decades, I’ve worked in state government and now serve as a litigation manager — roles that have shaped how I lead, how I navigate complexity, and how I understand people. But the through line in all of it?
Connection. Proximity. Growth. Alignment.
I’m building these spaces because I know what happens when women stop doing life and business alone. Because I’ve lived the before and after. Because I’ve watched what happens when women feel seen, supported, and surrounded by others who want to rise too.
